St Martin’s church Caerphilly wedding photography

Alan and Becky got married at St Martin’s church in Caerphilly in April 2023. This gorgeous church is located on the south side of town at the junction of Mountain Road and St Martin’s Road and it was built in 1877-1879. I was so passionate about capturing the beauty of this wedding day, and I absolutely enjoyed being Alan and Becky’s chosen photographer.

The ceremony was as lovely and emotional as it can only be. After the ceremony, the bride and groom, along with their grandchildren, presented chocolate Easter eggs to their guests. Then we headed to Caerphilly castle for some photos.

Manor Parc Hotel wedding reception (Cardiff, Thornhill)

Wedding reception took place not far away from St Martin’s church – at Manor Parc Hotel in Cardiff (it’s literally 10 minutes drive).

The wedding reception at Manor Parc Hotel in Cardiff was fantastic as usual. The speeches were gorgeous, and the father of the bride presented some Oscars to the bride and groom, their friends and family members, as well as to me for doing the photography. It was so lovely, and these little gestures really meant a lot to me. I was touched by the gesture, and felt honoured to have been recognized for my work.
