Wedding photography at Manor Parc Hotel, Cardiff.

We absolutely fell in love with this very-very intimate small wedding at Manor Parc Hotel (Cardiff, South Wales), the beautiful bride, groom, and their families. We really felt like we were a part of this friendly family, however, we were simply a wedding photographer and videographer hired to capture the precious moments of John and Rose’s wedding day.

Sometimes when I start editing photos I totally don’t remember some guests’ faces, I open the photograph and have a feeling that I see this certain person for the first time. But in the case of small weddings (I guess the number of guests here was not more than 20) everyone become so familiar to me, I took plenty of candid portraits, and remember everyone for so long (even after a couple of years).

Now let’s move back to the couple and their wedding day 🙂

Wedding photography at Manor Parc Hotel

John and Rose’s love story began a few years ago. They met each other in China, where John was working as an English language teacher. They fell in love, they had quite a few obstacles to overcome and visa questions to resolve, before they finally were able to become husband and wife here in South Wales.

Their wedding ceremony and reception both took place at Manor parc hotel, In Cardiff – a lovely country manor house built in 1850.

The newlyweds were definitely blessed with the weather – it was sunny and warm. Could you believe all these photographs were taken in February?

The speeches were so touching, I think almost everyone was crying during this part of the celebrations.
