Hensol castle wedding photography
Hensol Castle, formerly known as Hensol House, is a gothic-style castellated mansion that dates back to the late 17th century or early 18th century. Today, it serves as a wedding and conference venue for The Vale Resort. The Hensol estate itself has a much longer history, with records dating back to 1419. Nowadays Hensol castle is popular venue for weddings and other events for many years, and its gorgeous and historic architecture make it an ideal setting for any special occasion.
Hensol castle wedding
Alana and Roger had the most beautiful October wedding day and it was a pleasure to capture the event for them. The couple booked my Full day package plus an additional second shooter. So I provided a second photographer for the day, and I need to say that having a second photographer is extremely beneficial. They can capture more candid moments and additional photos. Especially if the bride and groom are getting ready at different locations, and when there’s more than 100 day guests invited.
It was a delight to witness Alana and Roger’s love for each other and I am so thankful that I got to be a part of their special day at Hensol castle. By the way, instead of using confetti, the couple decided to use soap bubbles instead. The soap bubbles created a beautiful surroundings for the couple’s exit and the guests were delighted by the surprise. I photographed one more wedding where the couple used bubbles instead of confetti – it was a beautiful wedding at Elmore Court.
And here are some more beautiful weddings I photographed at Hensol Castle:
