Norton house wedding photography

Norton house hotel was built in 1790. Nowadays it’s a gorgeous wedding venue located in such a beautiful place – Swansea mumbles, so close to the scenic beach, offering great views and options for great wedding photography! And here are some wedding photography highlights taken by me during Sapphire and Tom super relaxed wedding day.

I met Sapphire in the morning, she was getting ready with her mother and mother-in-law. I need to say that the mother of the bride and mother in law were laughing and giggling so much in the morning that I thought they were best friends, but in fact they had never seen each other before the wedding day! Even the make up artist commented later on her social media that she never had so much laughter during the bridal preps!

Another great and emotional moment that really melted my heart (and I am writing this blog 3 months after the wedding took place) – was when Sapphire saw her grandad dressed in a suit ready to take her down the aisle. She nearly started crying and was risking destroying her makeup, and her mother-in-law started singing a song to distract her. It was such a lovely and memorable moment!

I absolutely loved the wedding details, the bouquet, the cake, the confetti and the flower arrangements were so colourful! Ceremony was so lovely, the bride was taken down the aisle by her grandad and it was such a lovely moment!

After the ceremony it was time for some colourful confetti, and some group photos in front of the Norton house hotel.

Then the bride and groom headed down the Mumbles beach, and I took some nice and candid photos of that time they spend together. By the way sometimes the bride and groom’s photography session is the only time they spend for just the two of them.

I was excited to photograph again at Norton house! Last time I photographed a wedding at Norton house hotel back in September 2019, and I need to admit that the venue is a great place to come back to.
