Llechwen hall hotel wedding photography

I can’t declare I am the resident wedding photographer for Llechwen hall hotel weddings, but it’s the venue where I photograph beautiful weddings quite often, and also have many upcoming bookings there.

Llechwen hall hotel is a very popular Welsh wedding venue, it was first built in the 17th Century as a family residence.

As I already mentioned, I have photographed weddings at Llechwen hall hotel before. Here are just a few of them:

Bethan and Karl’s wedding was a bit different for me, even though I was back to a very familiar venue. Their ceremony took place at the Barn called Jail House (the wedding ceremonies I shared above took place in Llechwen hall main “usual” ceremony room). The Jailhouse has only recently opened for the ceremonies to take place and Beth and Karl were among the first couples who got married there. And I am so excited to share these colourful photographs! I adore those kinds of rooms – stone walls, wooden ceilings and beams. I am absolutely not a “white IKEA furniture” person;)

At some point this beautiful outbuilding of Llechwen hall was used as a stopover prison. And when the registrar said welcome to Jail House, guests couldn’t hold from laughing. We’ll, the building’s wall probably never seen so much happiness, laughter, tears of happiness than it is going to see in upcoming years.

By the way, Beth and Karl had four postponed wedding dates, so imagine how excited they were to finally get married! They booked my Ceremony package, which is a perfect choice for couples who only want the essential photographs to be taken – the ceremony, groups and couple’s photos.

Beth herself is the author of an interesting blog about her autism diagnosis, and she describes how hard and long it takes to get a diagnosis if you’re a woman…
