Court Colman Manor is a great space for a wedding and photographing at this incredible venue was a pleasure.
Court Colman Manor is the perfect place for weddings in South Wales. Is a place like no other: the manor is incredibly beautiful, it is surrounded by six acres of garden. Moreover, the views over the garden are stunning, and the ceremony and reception rooms are stunning as well. Equally important – they provide amazing lighting and color conditions for wedding photography. If you are thinking of getting married in South Wales why not check the Court Colman website? They also accept last-minute bookings.
I am delighted to share these photos from Jas and Rachel’s incredible wedding day at Court Colman Manor.

I met with Rachel, the bridesmaids, and her family (mother and grandmother) in the morning. And these were such great and intimate morning preparations in her grandmother’s house. Whilst Rachel was still having her make-up done, her granny was ready, and it was such an emotional moment when girls were admiring the way she was looking. She probably felt like she was the bride during that moment.

We then headed the very short distance to Court Colman Manor for the ceremony, confetti, group photos, and couples portraits. It took me a while to take all the group shots the bride and groom had planned in advance. Because there were many big families present. And the bride and groom requested two sets of group shots: one set with the bride and groom and another set – the same family photographs without the bride and groom.

The weather on the wedding day was much better than predicted by the forecast. It was a lovely sunny day (the forecast was predicting rains though). So the bride and groom have had a chance to have a lovely wedding photography shoot during the golden hour.
Now… The speeches… Both the bride and her sister decided to sing the Thank you speech. And while Rachel’s sister’s speech was funny, Rachel’s one was so emotional… For this reason, no one could hold their tears down. I took so many photos of her grandmother crying, so it was quite hard for me to choose the best five ones to deliver to the bride and groom. At the same time, the father of the bride, the groom, and the best man had traditional speeches. They were speaking not singing I mean.
