Wedding at Condicote Village Hall, Cotswolds. Jessica and Philip

The Cotswolds is one of the most popular locations in England to get married in. It’s an area of astonishing views: medieval villages, churches, and cottages built of local yellow limestone. The Cotswolds are a dream wedding destination, and the Condicote Village Hall located in the heart of the Cotswolds is an ideal location for a relaxed wedding day.

Built in 2002, Condicote Village Hall is a traditional Cotswold stone building, surrounded by astonishing countryside landscapes.

I am delighted to share this Cotswolds wedding with you. This stunning Condicote Village Hall is a beautiful place for a wedding.

This wedding was an incredible one. And it literally was a last-minute booking for me: the wedding photographer who the couple booked originally felt unwell, and I was able to provide the emergency coverage for the date.  It was Friday when Jess rang me if I was available the next day. And I was. This was my first time being a Cotswolds wedding photographer in Gloucestershire and I am delighted to share these photos with you.

After the bride and groom tied the knot (it was an amazing Christian ceremony with lots of singing), we headed to the charming English village called Bourton-on-the-Water for the group shots and couple’s photos.

After capturing some group photos and the bride and groom’s portraits, it was soon time to head back to the Condicote Village Hall for the wedding breakfast and speeches.

The wedding breakfast, as well as the first dance, took place outdoors (basically as everything else – ceremony, drinks, etc). And why not? The Cotswolds it’s just a perfect area for outdoor celebrations.

So because the marriage ceremony took place outdoors, the bride and groom were not limited to 30 guests like it would have been in the church (that were the Covid-related restrictions on the date).

Jessica and Philip were blessed with perfect weather – it was sunny with periods of clouds (some clouds looked dramatic though).

In a few words: a fantastic wedding to be a part of, thank you so much to the lovely bride and groom for having me along.
