The Glen Yr Afon House Hotel wedding photographer

I had the pleasure of capturing Bridie and Thomas’s wedding, which took place at the Glen Yr Afon House hotel.

The Glen Yr Afon House Hotel was originally built as a house in 1868, it was acquired in 1973 and swiftly transformed into a hotel, opening the following year in 1974. It has been significantly expanded through many extensions over the subsequent years.

The Glen Yr Afon House Hotel wedding 

It was a truly lovely wedding day, with an intimate guest list of no more than 40. The ceremony was beautiful, and I captured so many photos outside under the gorgeous sunshine of a November day. Since the bride loves Christmas and wanted to get married near the holiday, the entire venue was beautifully decorated for the season. 

As darkness fell, we took advantage of the festive decor, capturing stunning evening photos of the bride and groom amidst the Christmas lights outside, followed by memorable photos with the guests and sparklers.
