The barn at Brynich wedding photography
I absolutely enjoyed working at The Barn at Brynich, it is such a beautiful wedding venue in the heart of Brecon Beacons National Park (Bannau Brycheiniog in Welsh). The Barn at Brynich is actually a converted 18th century hay barn, by the way at least 30% of electricity at the venue is generated using solar energy.
It was a really warm and sunny February day, I even drove through Brecon without turning on the heating in my car. But when I reached the destination and opened the car door, I realised how different the weather was there. The wind was so extremely cold, so I regretted not wearing a hat and ended up with the worst sinusitis in my life. So lesson learnt, I am always having a hat now in my gear bag, even in spring time, even though I am not driving to Norway to capture weddings 😉

So back to this beautiful ceremony at the Barn at Brynich. Amy and Jamie booked my Ceremony package, so I spent 2 hours with the couple, capturing candid moments, the ceremony, the family and couple’s photos. Despite the cold wind I managed to take all the group photos outdoors, and of course many photos of the beautiful and happy couple.
I need to say that the venue is gorgeous, the surroundings are sooo beautiful! I can’t wait to capture more weddings at the Barn at Brynich.
