Temple of Peace wedding photography
How many times I drove past Temple of Peace in Cardiff, and didn’t even know it was a wedding venue!
Founded by Lord David Davies of Llandinam in November 1938, the Temple was born from his wartime experiences in the trenches of the First World War. Primarily intended as a memorial to those lost in the conflict, Lord Davies envisioned ‘A New Mecca’ – a global pilgrimage site where people would gather to vow their dedication to peace.”
Temple of Peace is gorgeous!
I absolutely adored the vibrant color scheme of the wedding, featuring an abundance of flowers and tambourines, along with colorful heart-shaped glasses for guests to wear. This burst of color created a stunning contrast against the dark walls of the building

Amy and Matthew booked my 3 hours package, to capture the essentials of the day – the ceremony, a very few couple photos, some family and group photos, candids and speeches.
Due to the heavy rain that took place before the wedding, it was so wet outside, so we opted to take the official photos indoors.

The seating plan was incredibly touching. Each guest’s name was displayed alongside a photo of them, with a handwritten thank-you note on the back.
