Orchardleigh House wedding photography
The beautiful Orchardleigh House is an example of the combination of Elizabethan and French styles, and was built in 1856. It is now a popular venue for weddings and receptions and I absolutely enjoyed working here in November 2022 at Rosaria and Andrew’s big day. It was a beautiful wedding day, with so many friends and family members present!
All Saints’ Church Lullington wedding ceremony
The wedding ceremony took place at the Church of All Saints, Lullington. The earliest parts of this church date back to the 12th century, and it is such a gorgeous place to tie the knot.
Orchardleigh House wedding
I absolutely enjoyed all parts of this wedding day at Orchardleigh House. And especially the reception – the part of it when prayers were prayed. It was so touchful! To hear the guests who pray from the bottom of their hearts for newlyweds. And the most touching thing personally for me was the groom’s speech. He asked his and Rosaria’s older family members who moved to the UK long ago to start a new life and to bring a better life to their kids to stand up. He mentioned how hard they worked, how much they had to sacrifice and leave behind them in native countries. It was so touchful as it’s my story as well.
