Swansea Civic centre wedding ceremony
It was a lovely early June wedding. I started taking photos at the Swansea registry office (Swansea Civic centre), where the couple hand in hand, went down the aisle together, and exchanged their beautiful vows. After the ceremony, the wedding guests headed to the Founders and co (Swansea) for a wedding breakfast. This reception venue provided a refreshingly casual atmosphere, perfectly complementing the couple’s laid-back personalities. The guests were delighted to have the freedom to select their own food: including mouthwatering pizzas, burgers, and tacos.

Following the wedding breakfast, the bride and groom and their guests embarked upon a journey to the charming Mumbles Pier. This seaside venue proved to be an ideal choice for the couple, especially considering the lingering twilight hours of a June wedding and the sweltering heat that characterized the day.
Mumbles Pier, a Victorian pleasure pier built in 1898, is 835 feet (255 meters) long and Grade II listed. Mumbles Pier offers panoramic views of Swansea Bay, and if you scroll down, you can enjoy some lovely sunset photos I did take there.
I also took group and family photos on the pier, as well as photos of the bride and groom and their lovely dog.

Demiand Jake had booked my full-day photography package, so I was able to capture all of the day’s events, including the party and dances later in the evening. The couple was so happy with their photos, and I was so glad that I was able to capture their special day in such a candid and lovely way!
