Kylie and James… So where do I start?

First of all I photographed Kylie’s brother’s wedding in September 2021 (Charlotte and Lee’s wedding at Hilton puckrup hall in Tewkesbury). It’s where I first met Kylie and James and their lovely families. And it was a big pleasure to meet them again in July 2022 to capture their big day.

I started taking photos in the morning, at Ledbury, where Kylie was getting ready alongside her bridesmaids and their daughters, and it was a busy morning for me, the make-up artist and hairdresser, as there were so many bridesmaids and flower girls!

Colwall St James Church wedding photography

The wedding ceremony took place at Colwall St James church, which is an extremely beautiful parish. The church has a long history behind –  it started in the 12th century (since Saxon times) serving a farming community. The structure of the church changed dramatically in the second half of the 19th century. After the ceremony it was time for confetti and some group photos by the church, and then the amazing reception started!

It was my first time photographing at Ledbury rugby club, and I need to admit it was an amazing experience and I would like to return to the venue to capture more beautiful weddings here!

Ledbury RFC site dates back all the way to 1883, and here in July 2022 Ledbury rugby club was so beautifully decorated for Kylie and James’ wedding day, I absolutely absolutely loved it! Also there was so much live music – 2 singers were performing during the drink reception, and a band – during the evening party.

The speeches were full of fun and love, the food was amazing. After the wedding breakfast we had some fun time with the bride, groom and the bridal party outdoors. I captured some fun group shots of them, wearing sunglasses, then some with smoke bombs!

Wow what can I say the most professional , accommodating photographer with the most incredible photos at a fantastic price! I came across Anna on Facebook and loved her photos so without hesitation I booked her! Lucky for me she was kind enough to step in last minute to my brothers wedding when he was let down 3 weeks before by his photographer! Anna was so laid back and was more than happy to take some of my ideas I found on Instagram and turned them into reality for me with some incredible pictures of me and my daughters! Nothing was too much trouble! She had a huge bridal and grooms party to contend with who had lots of photo requests but she handled it with a huge smile and enthusiasm! Despite my church also having quite strict rules on photography she got some incredible personal photos!
Anna captured every detail and just blended into the background! I was so amazingly shocked at how many moments she managed to capture as I didn’t even know she was there! She even managed some great photos of my camera hating husband!
