Cowley Manor is such a beautiful wedding venue! I never thought it’s a relatively young manor (of just 100 years). But the land it’s built on witnessed a lot…The Cowley manor is situated on an estate granted by William the Conqueror in the 11th Century. Edward the Confessor exchanged this land in return for the land on which he constructed Westminster Abbey… Lewis Carroll visited Cowley regularly…

The Cowley manor also stands as a testament to the forward-thinking nature of its builders. It’s the first private residence in England to embrace the innovative use of concrete.

Jonna and Matthew booked my 4 hours package, and I managed to capture the most important bits of their day at Cowley Manor – the beautiful outdoor ceremony, the preps, group and family photos, and the photos of the bride and groom together (around the manor and in the impressive spa suite).

And of course I took many photos of Jonna and Matthew’s lovely dog! I need to say I witness more and more couples choosing to include their fur babies in their wedding celebrations. And it’s so heartwarming!
