Located conveniently close to the beautiful beach, Rosedew Farm is a consistently lovely venue. Every time I’ve photographed there, the weather has been perfect—and Vicki and Will’s summer festival wedding was no exception.

It was a truly stunning wedding day. The sun was out—the ideal weather for a festival-style party, even with a bit of a breeze. The care taken in decorating the venue was clear in every detail, from the colorful flags to the sweet bridesmaid bracelets for guests. The energy stayed high thanks to constant live music and a magician mingling with the crowd.

The ceremony itself was beautiful, complete with a hilarious, unexpected hitch: the wedding rings were forgotten in the bridal suite! This led to one of the bridesmaids making a memorable dash mid-ceremony to retrieve them. These little, genuine moments are what make a ceremony truly unforgettable. I’m certain Vicki and Will—and their friends—will be laughing about that frantic run for years to come.

The afternoon was filled with heartfelt speeches (some before, some after the food). Once the cake was cut, we rushed to the local beach for photos. It was worth it: the sky and water were intensely blue, and the waves were huge—a breathtaking scene for the newlyweds.
