Here are some Questions we receive quite ofter from our potential customers. Hopefully the answers given here will help you understand how we work and how everything works:
Well, we think everyone is camera shy except of professionals actors, TV stars, model and animals. But if you take a look at our portfolio you’ll see how good everyone looks there. It happens because a lot of our portrait work is half posed: we interact with you and shoot whatever happens during that time.
We live in Caerphilly area but work throughout the South Wales (Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Brecon, Monmouth etc), Bristol, Hereford, Gloucester areas. There is no travel charge for the mentioned areas.
Yes, the prices include everything – travel costs, retouching , etc. They are absolutely clear, there are no hidden costs at all.

Should you wish to book, just complete a booking form we’ll send you through email and pay the deposit. Contracts are signed electronically, and payments can be made by bank transfer.
Yes, of course. Anna do take traditional family pictures (group shots) in addition to her documentary cinematic styled informal photographs. And she will never underestimate the value of classic portraits only because every other wedding photographer today is “relaxed,natural and candid only”. Omg, this sounds like we are 80 years old)))
Typically Ana would try to take all of your group pictures within half an hour. She always recommend you to make a “must-do” group shots list in advance, she’ll focus on it during the main group shot session. And rest less important group shots may be taken any time during the day.
If we haven’t been working at venue, it is not a problem at all. Firstly we can pre-visit venue when possible, or can research thoroughly. Plus we have quite a big experience, we worked in so many variuous venues, with all range of light conditions and wall colors so it will take us less than a minute to decide what location is the best for group shots to be taken etc.
No problem, just let me know in advance, I’ll make a note in contract and won’t publish any photograph of your kids.
No. Our services can be booked individually or together.
Yes. All packages come with all the images on a USB in a high-quality digital format (JPEG). You may make as many prints from the USB and make as many copies of the photographs as you like.
